Microsoft Surface is not dead? Check out Blackberry promo on Surface.
How cool is this? Very. Practical, maybe. Application/Uses, what do you think?
Did you see the X-ray vision? Cool, eh?

I think the most appealing feature here is the intuitive nature of touch screen devices and how potentially easy this could make computing functions in the future.
I have seen how this work in one of MIS classes and it seems very cool. The most irritating thing about phones right now is transferring all of this data on to a computer or some other devices….USB cords, software and etc too much work! This definitely makes it more appealing to me. However, this screen that you use would have to be purchased? It looks expensive? Despite that, I could see my self being playing with it for hours, well, until it gets old, like all technology does, and the next “new” thing takes over my interest. LOL
“the previous barriers which stood in the way of getting content on or off your phone have been completely removed with this software.” Wow! This product is a gleaming example of the “magic” of innovation. I think this is an amazing product and I can’t wait to get my hands on this(especially the x-ray function). As a teacher, I can only imagine the boundless uses for learning and instruction. No more clunky functions and easier information transfer will lead to more innovation and progress.
Absolutely amazing! Integration of common devices we interact on a daily basis is the next big barrier for us to overcome. With so many devices, and increasingly greater levels of storage dispersed between our phones, tablets, laptops, and other devices, it’s only natural to have a system such as this to share files quickly without the need for clunky interfaces and software. As others have already mentioned, the intuitive way in which this system functions makes it all that more appealing to a larger audience, particularly non-tech-savvy ones who are already challenged to connect one device, let alone multiple devices to a common platform such as a personal computer. Software has crossed the line between just being functional, and actually being intuitive for anyone to use. With the increased demand for intuitive functionality, designers and people who are well-versed in human-machine interactions will be in ever-greater demand.
Today’s technology just continues to impress me. However, like my laptop software chooses not to work from time to time so I am apprehensive about the “flawlessness” demonstrated in the video. I am amazed on the x-ray mode that was shown. I’m not sure how that was done. The product, if truly flawless, is a great idea to quickly share photos and files.
